Dominique Bagnell and 3 other servers who worked at Wing House have sued Wing House for failure to pay wages for all hours worked. Specifically, they allege that Wing House made them perform work before they were allowed to clock in, would make them clock out at night and keep working, and did not pay them for all promotional events they worked. If true, this is illegal under Florida law and these employees should be paid for this time worked.
The law firms of Morgan & Morgan, P.A., and Chanfrau & Chanfrau, P.A., have filed a class action complaint against Wing House for these employees. To date, over 25 individuals have come forward to support that this off-the-clock work happened at Wing House. The lawsuit seeks to recover all unpaid minimum wages owed to the class, liquidated damages, and attorneys' fees and costs. To read a copy of the class action complaint, please click here.
