Plaintiff are car detailers who worked for this major car detaiing company within the last three years. The Defendant details cars and prepares them for resale typically on the car dealer's lot. Plaintiffs were paid a piece rate pay without overtime between 2007-08. Later overtime pay was added. However, Defendant's managers required plaintiffs to perform off the clock work without additional pay. Plaintiffs will file their Complaint and Motion for Certification of this case as a Collective Action soon.
