OH Overtime Law

According to Ohio overtime law, businesses that make more than $150,000 must pay their workers time-and-a-half compensation for hours worked in excess of 40. Minimum Wage in Ohio

The Ohio minimum wage is currently $7.30 per hour. For tipped employees, the minimum wage is $3.65 per hour. Both Ohio minimum wages took effect on Jan. 1, 2009.
