MWH Overtime Lawsuit
This case involves a claim by construction superintendents who worked on water treatment facilities and across the nation who paid an hourly wage and were treated as exempt from overtime by Defendant. Plaintiffs recently filed their Motion for Certification of this case as a Collective Action. The Court has not decided yet. Plaintiff anticipates that there are potential 300-400 similarly situated superintendents who may join.
