Isaac, Lanard vs. Met Life

Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife) employed Financial Services Representatives (FSRs) in the State of Florida without assuring that all FSRs were paid at least the minimum wage for all hours worked in accordance with the Florida Constitution, Fla Const Art X Sec 24. Class members are FSRs who worked inside a Florida MetLife office and were paid by commission only. FSRs worked for one or more hours without receiving at least the minimum wage for their labor. Lanard Isaac on behalf of himself and all other similarly situated FSRs is suing MetLife for minimum wages pursuant to the Florida Constitution.
