Groupware Cable Overtime Lawsuit

Plaintiff and currently 14 other opt-in Plaintiffs seek unpaid overtime. Plaintiffs claim that the Defendant failed to properly pay them for all hours worked by requring Plaintiffs to: 1) do additional work at the end of their shift without pay 2) shaving time from the times listed on Plaintiffs' work orders and 3) improperly charging plaintiffs chargebacks. All of these violations caused Plaintiffs to receive improper overtime. Plaintiffs will file their Motion for Certification of this case as a Collective Action soon.
