Groupware Cable Overtime Lawsuit
Plaintiff and currently 14 other opt-in Plaintiffs seek unpaid overtime. Plaintiffs claim that the Defendant failed to properly pay them for all hours worked by requring Plaintiffs to: 1) do additional work at the end of their shift without pay 2) shaving time from the times listed on Plaintiffs' work orders and 3) improperly charging plaintiffs chargebacks.
