Case involves 4 restaurant servers and were not paid any compensation, whatsoever, by their employer. Instead, they only received tips from Defendant's customers. Complaint filed for unpaid minimum wage and unpaid overtime compensation. Case was recently consolidated with another case with same issues, and a modified Scheduling Order entered. Will be filing Motion for Class Certification shortly.
