Bank of America Overtime Lawsuit

Case involves hourly paid personal bankers who were routinely instructed to delete overtime hours from their weekly timesheets and/or had their supervisor delete overtime hours worked from their timesheet, resulting in less than full and proper compensation for all overtime hours worked. Plaintiff filed a Motion for Class Certification and is awaiting an Order on same. Defendant filed a petition to transfer this matter to an MDL in California, and a hearing in set for March 25, 2010 before the MDL panel. Most recently, Defendant filed a Renewed Motion to Stay this matter until a decision has made by the MDL panel.
