Allegiance Security Guard Case

Plaintiff and several other security guards have sued Allegiance Security for payment of wages as a result of Allegiance requiring them to show up fifteen (15) minutes early for each shift. This is compensable time under the labor laws and must be paid. Plaintiff has filed a Motion for Conditional Certification to seek class action status. If this happened to you and you would like to join this lawsuit, please email Ryan Morgan at rmorgan@forthepeople.com.
